Product selection, kit contents, storage and document questions.

What does one liquid kit include?

One kit includes one bottle of each matched component, two droppers and two caps. Multipack variants contain the corresponding number of complete kits.

How long should the HCl components react?

Allow 1–3 equal drop pairs to react for 30–60 seconds before completing the dilution shown in the approved Crystal Clear Lab application chart.

How long should the citric acid components react?

Allow 1–3 equal drop pairs to react for 30 seconds–3 minutes. Longer activation develops more available chlorine dioxide, with maximum estimated reaction development at approximately 4–5 minutes for 1–3 drop pairs.

What is the difference between the citric acid and HCl systems?

Citric acid and hydrochloric acid are different activators with different concentrations and activation timing. They are not interchangeable. Follow the directions and SDS documents for the selected system.

How should the liquid-kit components be stored?

Keep both components tightly closed and protected from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Keep dispensing parts out of the bottles during storage. Follow each component SDS for upright storage, ventilation and incompatibilities.

How long should a freshly prepared dilution be kept?

Prepare only the amount needed and use the freshly prepared dilution the same day unless approved product information for the exact preparation states otherwise.

Does the prepared 0.3% solution require activation?

No. It is supplied as a prepared 0.3% (3,000 ppm) aqueous chlorine dioxide solution. Follow the approved application chart for the intended dilution.

How should the 0.3% solution be stored and opened?

Keep it refrigerated, upright and protected from light. Refrigerate before opening, keep the bottle cold and open it slowly in a well-ventilated area while directing the opening away from the face and eyes.

How do I choose the correct individual component?

Match the component name and concentration to your existing system, then select the bottle size and material. Confirm the SKU and SDS before purchase because the components are not interchangeable.

What is the difference between powder and granular boric acid?

They are different physical forms of the same named material. Choose the form required by your label-directed process and confirm the selected variant before purchase.

What is the difference between the 3% and 6% products?

They are separate products with different hydrogen peroxide concentrations. Select the concentration specified by your label-directed process and follow the matching SDS.

Where can I find the SDS?

When an exact-product SDS is available, it appears in the Product Information & SDS section on the product page and in the SDS Library.

What is included with the amber glass bottles?

Each variant includes the selected number of empty amber glass Boston round bottles and the same number of caps. Droppers are not included.

How do I confirm that a closure will fit?

Match the verified neck-finish specification on both the bottle and closure product pages. Do not assume compatibility from bottle volume alone.
